We came in last night a family of 4 the service was so slow, food hugely overpriced and small portions. We only had 1 drink as there was no one around to ask for another. Parts of the order was wrong but it took so long for mains to come it wasn't worth saying anything. They seem more interested in the takeaway side of the restaurant. We won't be visiting again.
Lovely food and great staff. Me and my wife went for our first anniversary during covid social distancing. There didn't seem to be much staff due to this which we had to wait for our table which was understandable as other guests still needed serving. We got sat down and liked the atmosphere and the selection of food. Beautiful meals with generous portions. Would definitely recommend
Gentleman who took my payment was a little rude, asked how I was paying I said card he told me it's easier with cash (my choice on how I pay) they did look busy however customer service must be on point. The chips were awful they tasted like they had been cooked a few times and then left under a hot lamp, soooo dry!! Tikka massala was a little bland.
We waited half an hour for our booked table. The people that were seated before us hadn’t booked and by the time we decided just to leave 30 mins later their drinks order hadn’t even been taken. Didn’t get offered a drink or told anything so decided just to leave after that. Also informed that tables would be 2m apart to arrive and find out they crammed as many as they could and it was absolute shambles. If you want an amazing Indian go to The Indian Village in Woodhall Spa. They saved our evening.
Good food & service. Reasonably priced
